Careful assessment
We begin by looking closely at the garment, its seams, fabric condition, and the changes you want. This helps us explain what is possible before any approval is given.
Tailor's Touch creates thoughtful alterations and redesigns for garments that deserve a new life. Every project begins with a clear assessment of the fabric, construction, and requested fit.
We work on dresses, skirts, shirts, jackets, and selected vintage pieces, with each project shaped by the garment itself. That means practical advice, written scope, and a result that respects what the fabric can realistically do.
Our studio in Saitama City is appointment led, so each fitting has time for careful review. We also check the garment again at collection and note care and pressing guidance for the finished piece.

Every garment has different limits, and every client has different goals. We focus on honest guidance, careful workmanship, and results that suit the piece in front of us.

Redesign work is planned around the material already available in the garment. When extra materials are needed, they are quoted separately and discussed in advance.
We keep the process clear with a written alteration scope, concept approval, and a final fit check at collection. That way, the agreed design stays visible throughout the project.
Our work supports customers who want to keep sentimental garments, update vintage pieces, or choose a more sustainable way to dress. Each project is handled with the same measured approach.
Our approach is shaped by careful assessment, realistic planning, and respect for the original garment.
Tailor's Touch began with a simple idea: good garments should be worn well for longer, not replaced too quickly.
From the start, the studio focused on remodelling, fit updates, and upcycling work that makes use of the strongest parts of the original piece.
Today, every project is reviewed before approval so the design, materials, and turnaround are clear before work begins.
