Every project begins with an inquiry and a garment assessment. We review the fabric, construction, seam allowances, and the requested fit before discussing what can realistically be achieved.
For redesign work, the concept is approved before the project moves ahead. If new materials are needed, they are quoted separately, and the final scope is confirmed in writing.

Vintage pieces and sentimental garments are handled with attention to their original structure. Where possible, we reuse the strongest parts of the garment and explain any limits caused by wear or fabric condition.
A fit check is completed at collection so any small finishing adjustments can be reviewed carefully. Care and pressing notes are also provided to help the garment stay in good condition after pickup.
